Sales Tax

Are you purchasing for resale? If your business is located in the state of California and you have sales tax exempt status, please create a USBind account here. Next, please fill out a CA resale certificate which can be found here. Please submit the form to us by email, fax or mail. Upon approval, usually within 24 hours of receipt, we will set your account with sales tax exempt status and promptly notify you by email. Placing an order without following this procedure will result in charged sales tax. We cannot refund sales tax charged prior to applying sales tax exemption.

Free Shipping

Important: If you need your order quickly and your order qualifies for free shipping, we advise that you do not select the Free Shipping option. We cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped or arrive by a certain date. Excludes Free 2 Day Shipping on orders over $500 (within the USA). Please select a paid shipping option based on your requirements and our delivery estimates shown at checkout. More information can be found below under "Shipping". Thank you!

Within USA: We offer free shipping domestically. To qualify for free shipping on orders shipped within the United States, your order total before shipping, sales tax and after any discounts if applicable, must be $40.00 or more for "Economy Shipping" and $500.00 or more for "2 Day". Orders that qualify and ship for free, ship via USPS using the most economical option available for the service selected and appropriate for that shipment. Usually USPS First Class Mail for economy shipping. All subject to weight and size of the order.

Internationally: 

Free shipping to Australia and New Zealand has currently been suspended. For orders that normally qualify for the free shipping option, we are offering discounted shipping instead. This is due to suspension of the mail service we normally rely on to be able to provide free shipping internationally to these locations (USPS Official Notice). Available options will be shown at checkout based on your ship to location. Shipping cost shown will already be discounted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We offer free shipping internationally. Shipping

We ship worldwide! If upon checkout there is not a shipping option to your location please email us and we'll arrange for you.

We ship Monday to Friday. In stock orders received before their respective cutoff times, ship the same day (excludes weekends, major holidays and federal holidays). Excludes UPS / FedEx shipments and some expedited services. On occasion we may experience a high volume of orders at once which may cause up to a 5 day delay in shipping of your order. Please note that in these instances, orders which have selected the paid shipping option at checkout (Ex. Standard, Expedited, etc..) are given priority over orders which have selected our free shipping option. Therefore orders which have qualified for and selected free shipping will ship second. All UPS / FedEx shipments and in stock orders received after the same day shipping cutoff time will ship the following business day.

Standard shipping service offered on this website is USPS, UPS, FedEx. To request an Expedited Shipping method not shown at checkout, please contact us directly or send us an email with items, finishes and quantities you would like to order and we will provide you with availability, delivery service options and details to complete your order.

Delivery speed does not take into consideration any possible delays on carriers end. Please take this into consideration. This is out of our control.

If UPS/FedEx is an option for your order at checkout, it will be shown as an option. If you select UPS/FedEx for your order, we will select the carrier with the fastest ground delivery service to your specific location. 

**Subject to other conditions. Please contact us directly if delivery date is very critical. Our cutoff times are structured to allow us enough time to process and prepare your order to forward it to the carrier within their cutoff time for the day for service guarantee.

International Orders

Please note orders ship from the United States. Orders shipped to locations outside the United States may be subject to duties and other taxes upon arrival and before being released to you. Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes due upon delivery. Please take this into consideration before placing an order from outside the U.S. We recommend checking with your local tax agency to determine any applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellations

Please note orders are processed and shipped soon after they are placed. If you find that you need to make changes to your order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate. To check the status of your order please log into your account. Orders may not be canceled once shipped but rather returned for exchange or refund. Please read below for more details. If a package is refused by you the buyer because you changed your mind after the order was processed and shipped, upon successfully receiving the returned shipment via the carrier used to ship your order, we will make an attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically process the return as if it were a return for refund. Please see "Refunds" below for more details.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods being delivered with proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any goods here. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs associated with returning goods. Applies to cost of return shipping label if provided by USBind. All returned goods must be carefully packed, not used, damaged or otherwise made not 100% sellable (subject to inspection and approval). If you are returning/shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the approval status. Once your return is approved, we will credit your account for the full original order amount minus the original shipping cost for use towards a future order. For exchanges, additional shipping charges will apply. Any differences in amount due will be credited or billed accordingly. For refunds please see below.

Refunds (if applicable)

For refunds, a 20% restocking fee applies (Capped at $20.00 per order). The restocking fee covers our time to process your return and any fees we paid to the bank to process your card transaction. We will refund the full original order amount minus the original shipping costs, return shipping (if applicable) and restocking fee. Refunds for orders paid for using the Afterpay payment option will be subject to an additional fee of 6% separate from our re-stocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days of approval.

Discounts

When applicable, only one coupon/discount may be used per order. To insure you stay informed about our next big discount or sale, make sure you sign up to receive emails from USBind here if you haven't signed up yet.
